Quite a nice little introduction to the subject of pain and aches.
It's easy to read, it doesn't assume you have a certain academic background, which makes it accessible to everyone. Like the other Hjärnkoll
book I've read it includes practical advice instead of just offering a short summary on recent research.
I felt for some nicely flowing and catchy statements and conclusions the accuracy of said statements got sacrificed somewhat - I could've done with a bit more care around some things that were stated in the books as they seem a bit oversimplified.
